Some children's bracelets
Given my very (very) limited computer skills, I have to say I'm rather chuffed with my Christmas coloured blog. Yes, I know others will have theirs all singin 'n' dancin, but believe me when I say, I gave myself a wee gold star when I found out how to do it. So don't laugh...much.

This black and white necklace was also one of the most popular pieces and I think I may have to make one for myself. Like I don't have enough jewellery already, lol.

3 strand cuffs

I made lots of these in loads of different autumn and winter colours. Ice blue, berries, wicked pinks, just to name a few. These were really popular with friends. They look really good when on.

I've been working flat out to make jewellery for friends and friends of friends. It's been great, loads of lovely comments about my work, but, whew, ready for a break for a few days to catch up on my own Christmas stuff. Here's a little of what I've made

Sunday 5 October 2008

Aah, the good old days. We don't do so much of this any more, we're both getting older!

It's such a beautiful day here today, it has really cheered me up. I went and rode my horse for a wee while, then came home and made this watch.

A selection of Victorian style earrings, again from Bead and Button. 2 rings, can't remember where the pattern for them is from!

A funky spiral bracelet, and some Bollywood style earrings inspired from a similar set in Bead and Button magazine.

This is a necklace I made for myself. It started with the large lampwork bead. The fire polished glass beads in the middle of the pic are darker red IRL.

New Blog

Ooh, this is kinda strange!
I've been reading other peoples blogs for a while now and never thought I'd want one of my own, but here I am. At the mo it's really to show friends what jewellery I've been making and get some feedback. Nothing too mean now folks, be gentle with me - it is my first show and tell of beady creations in webspace.
